• What is the TD Autographs Return Policy?
TD Autographs prides itself on providing 100% authentic memorabilia. We cannot accept returns of autographed merchandise (unless damaged in transit) to insure that every item in our inventory is guaranteed 100% authentic.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

• Damaged Orders
Returns and Exchanges for damaged goods are accepted if TD Autographs is contacted within 48 business hours of item delivery.  A return of a damaged item must be requested and approved by email first.  Please contact a TD Autographs representative via email with the applicable details at info@TDautographs.com.  We will initiate the claims process with the shipping company and you will be instructed to keep all original packaging material for pick up and/or inspection. If you do not have the packaging materials, we will not replace the item.  In the unlikely event of a damaged item, a replacement item will be sent if the required steps are taken.  TD Autographs will pay for all shipping costs in the event of a damaged item.

• Is every signature the same?
We will ensure that every signature is done with a 100% commitment to quality, however images on the site are a just a sample representation of the items.  Due to human element, signature size and location may vary slightly from the website image.

• What is the shipping policy for TD Autographs?

We ship both domestically and internationally at TD Autographs; we take pride in providing quick, efficient delivery services. Our products typically leave our facilities between 3 - 5 business days.

Products shipped within the United States of America are shipped via UPS Ground. Also, Next Day and 2nd Day shipping is available for an additional charge.

Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard to Canada.  
All Canadian orders are subject to the import fees imposed by Canada.

Outside of North America: We offer international shipping via UPS, which will be calculated during the checkout process. In some cases, international shipments will experience delays due to customs, and unfortunately we cannot control this type of delay. You will be responsible for any import or customs fees for your delivery.

How does my purchase support the athlete’s charity?
TD Autographs is proud to support the charitable work of our clients with a portion of every sale going directly to the charity of each client’s choice.
